Meet our Experts

Chris
Griffin
Professional Services Director
Chris brings more than a decade of project planning and delivery experience to ETL, working with clients on data management projects worldwide. Chris uses his specialist knowledge to solve complex data integration challenges, and his experience includes the Finance, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Travel, Automotive and Supply Chain sectors. Before joining ETL, Chris worked in Automotive production plants across Europe, managing vehicle systems configuration and improving plant efficiency. Having addressed another complex challenge in knocking down and rebuilding his house on the side of a mountain, Chris looks forward to relaxing on the porch as the sun goes down. Although he still needs to build the porch.

Richard
Cook
Chief Technical Officer
With ETL since its inception, Richard has spent the last decade focusing solely on data integration. He is a regular speaker at global conferences. Richard graduated from Keele University with joint honours in Maths and Computer Science and worked in a range of industries, solving problems with everything from an oscilloscope to his intuition.
Richard is occasionally allowed out to run the coastal paths of Wales, with his two Jack Russells doing their best to trip him up.

Jane Steen
Head of Engagement & Employee Director
Jane is the link between our clients and the tech people at ETL. Her aim is to make sure that every client gets the most from their data, no matter its complexity, making it actionable and increasing its value. She spent much of her career in marketing for brands such as Kellogg’s, so she understands the data clients need to make their projects a success.
Jane also represents ETL’s employees on the company board. ETL is 100% employee owned, so Jane’s role is to make sure that every employee has a voice in the running of the business. That way, the business makes decisions to benefit its clients and staff, not shareholders. Jane is so busy being engaging that, by the end of the working day, she likes nothing more than relaxing at her part-time art course at the local college.

Tudur Trenholme

He has been instrumental in driving IT efficiency at ETL.
As head of the support team, Tudur specialises in optimising support workflows, implementing automations, troubleshooting complex challenges and mentoring his colleagues. Before stepping into management, Tudur worked hands-on in IT operations, gaining firsthand insight into the daily challenges faced by our clients.
When he’s not ensuring that IT runs smoothly, Tudur enjoys tackling challenges outside work, whether it’s exploring emerging technologies or strategizing over a video game. After years of optimising systems for others, Tudur dreams of one day have his own perfect home office.
