Employee-owned data integration company ETL has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Federation of Small Business’s ‘Celebrating Small Business Awards’.
The FSB awards celebrate and recognise the best small businesses from across the UK, and ETL is honoured to be among the finalists in this year’s Wales heats.
“We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award,” said Jane Steen, head of engagement at ETL. “It is a testament to the hard work of our team and the rewards of employee ownership.”
ETL has been shortlisted in the Larger Small Business category for its fast revenue growth and recent product innovations. The company has also been recognised for its commitment to employee wellbeing, with the recent launch of ETL Flex, the company’s flexible working policy, its commitment to employee development and its values as an employee-owned business.
The winners of the awards will be announced in a ceremony on 24th March 2023. ETL looks forward to the announcement and wishes all the finalists the best of luck.
